Brighten up your winter

Sick of winter? Looking for a knitting pattern to brighten things up? Well, I came across this yarn and what I love about it is that it knits up to a really vibrant sweater. Lots of my friends take a second look whenever I wear it. 

It is quite a shapely sweater - fitted at the waist and has set-in sleeves. The neckline is crew (doubled over) which gives it a cosy edge.

While this yarn is Chunky Carnival from Stylecraft, any chunky yarn will work, or, in other knitting terms, any yarn which uses 6mm / US 10 needles.
